Return & Refund Policy
We want you to love your OUTWORKED gear. If you are not happy, we will make it right.
30-day returns
You can return any unused item in its original condition within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the item price. To start a return, email admin@outworked.net with your order number and we will send you instructions.
Damaged, defective or wrong item
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, email us with your order number and a photo within 30 days of delivery. We will send a replacement or refund you in full, and cover the shipping.
Bundle orders
If you return part of a bundle (for example, one frame from the 2 frames + keychain bundle), the bundle discount no longer applies to the items you keep, and we refund the difference accordingly.
Decals
Vinyl decals cannot be returned once applied to a surface. Unused decals can be returned within 30 days.
Return shipping
For change-of-mind returns, the customer pays return shipping. Original shipping is non-refundable.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we refund your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
Cancellations
To cancel an order, email us as soon as possible. If it has not shipped, we will cancel it and refund you in full.
